Leader Training

Everyone in the Scouting movement recognizes the important role of the Leader.

Scouting Leadership can be a daunting responsibility; a better understanding of the meanings and traditions of the program can offer a sense of confidence and preparedness in facing the weekly meetings, outings, and activities.

1st Richmond has always placed a high importance on training. In addition to encouraging our Leadership team to take training to help them in their roles, we're also privileged to have a number of very highly-qualified Leaders on our team who participate in Area sessions as Trainers.

Here you'll find a list of recently-completed Leadership training sessions - we include names not only of those who have taken training, but those who have offered their time as Instructors. Congratulations, Leaders!
